Review: Equilibrium. Equilibrium is a Christian Bale movie that has been seen on a lot of cheap DVDs. It was made by Miramax to capitalize on the success of The Matrix with a dystopian future science fiction action movie. However, because it had a great run in Europe, they decided to make the American release as cheap as possible to make sure they didn't lose money. 20 million dollars doesn't make it the most eye-catching science fiction movie of the last decade, but how does it use its money? By the way, what is the story?
